If you are anything like me, fantasy football is usually just something to keep you busy until the next fantasy baseball season begins.  There is something about MLB that can’t be matched by the NFL in my opinion.  Maybe it has to do with the fact that a new baseball season means summer is around the corner and opening week of the NFL season reminds me that I will be shoveling and scraping my car for the next 4-5 months.

If you think about it, fantasy football is for amateurs.  You essentially have to have knowledge of 1 QB, 1 RB, 2 WRs, 1 TE, and maybe 1 K (questionable) from each of the 32 NFL teams.  In fantasy baseball you have to understand the structure of a team’s bullpen, who is getting the most ABs in a LF platoon situation, what minor league prospects may be called up in June, etc.  This is why so many secretaries win fantasy football leagues, a larger percentage of winning is based on luck.

So every winter I scour the Internet looking for any and all updated fantasy baseball information.  I have done this for years and I can’t be the only one.  Recently, I decided why not start a site that compiles all of the latest fantasy baseball analysis, projections, prospect reports, etc. onto one website for everyone to enjoy?  Thus Fantasy Rundown, a one-stop location for the latest fantasy baseball and football analysis from all of the sites I check daily, was born.  Please bear with me, this is a work in progress, and while it may not be the most aesthetically pleasing site the one thing you can count on for is up to date information and live links to fantasy baseball analysis.  If you like it, make it a favorite and check back often.
